Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • Delivery Time:
    • United States: Typically 3 to 5 business days once shipped.
    • International: Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive a tracking number once the order ships.

Handling Delays

  • If unexpected delays occur, we notify you promptly.

International Orders

  • Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging

  • We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental impact.

Shipping Issues & Delayed Orders

  • If an order lacks tracking updates, is still in transit, or expires beyond 60 days from shipment (45 days for U.S. orders, 110 days for Brazil), we’ll offer a refund or resend at our expense.
  • We do not control transit delays once orders are shipped.

Delivered Orders

  • If tracking indicates successful delivery, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.
  • If your package was marked as delivered but not received, please obtain a non-delivery certification from your local post office to request a resolution.

Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives damaged, you have 30 days to request a full refund or replacement.
  • Photo or video evidence is required for approval.
