- United States: Typically 3 to 5 business days once shipped.
- International: Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing.
Order Tracking
- Customers receive a tracking number once the order ships.
Handling Delays
- If unexpected delays occur, we notify you promptly.
International Orders
- Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
- We use eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental impact.
Shipping Issues & Delayed Orders
- If an order lacks tracking updates, is still in transit, or expires beyond 60 days from shipment (45 days for U.S. orders, 110 days for Brazil), we’ll offer a refund or resend at our expense.
- We do not control transit delays once orders are shipped.
Delivered Orders
- If tracking indicates successful delivery, refunds or replacements cannot be issued.
- If your package was marked as delivered but not received, please obtain a non-delivery certification from your local post office to request a resolution.
Damaged Products
