Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipping.
Purchases made after 11 AM on Saturday will be processed and shipped starting Monday.
Delivery Timeframe
United States: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
International: Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Customs inspections may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number to stay updated on your delivery status.
Handling Delays
If unexpected delays occur during processing, we will notify you promptly and keep you informed.
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

Packaging
Your products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. To minimize our environmental impact, we use eco-friendly packaging materials.
Shipping Issues

Shipped Orders
Order Delays
If an order lacks tracking information, remains in transit, is pending, or expires beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. orders and 110 days for Brazil), we will offer a refund or resend the product at our expense. Please note that exceptions may apply to certain shipping methods and destinations.
Delivered Orders
We are unable to process refunds or replacements if tracking information indicates the order was successfully delivered. If the package was not received, you must provide a non-delivery certification from your local post office to request a refund or replacement.
Damaged Products
If your items arrive damaged, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please submit photo or video evidence to validate your claim. Refunds will be issued upon approval.
Return Policy
Return Period
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping Fees
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Processing Fee
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your order refund.
Return Instructions
Customers can request a return directly through the Shop app for a seamless and hassle-free process—no need to email us first. If you're using the Shop app, simply navigate to your order details and initiate the return request there.
If not using the Shop app, please email us at info@gnsbeauty.com with your name, order number, and tracking number to guarantee your return is processed successfully.
Condition
Products must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Products with custom logos are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping fees). Refunds will be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
