Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • United States: Typically 3 to 5 business days once shipped.

    • International: Usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on customs processing.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply.

Shipping Issues & Delayed Orders

  • Order Not Delivered: If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international) from the shipping date, please contact us for a refund or a new shipment at our expense.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered," but you have not received your package, you must obtain a non-delivery certification from your local post office to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund or replacement. You must provide photo or video evidence of the damage.
