30-Day Return Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Once your return request is approved, the item must arrive at our facility within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Via the Shop App: Navigate to your order details and initiate the return—no need to email us first!
  • Via Email: Contact us at info@gnsbeauty.com with your name, order number, and proof of purchase.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Fees & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $3 processing fee is deducted from refunds.
  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care products, custom logo items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original purchase first, then place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • EU customers can return purchases within 14 days for a full refund, provided items remain unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
