GNS Beauty & Personal Care Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love every purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return & Replacement Policy You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for a return or refund:

Opened or used personal care items

Custom logo and print-on-demand products

Perishable goods

Gift cards and clearance/sale items
Buyer’s Remorse / Changed Your Mind If you have an unopened item in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a $3 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
To start a return, email info@gnsbeauty.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return or submit a return request on the Shop app. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item, please submit photo or video evidence within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a refund or send a replacement once the issue is validated, and a product return is not required in most cases.
Order Delays / Non-Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international), contact us for a refund or reshipment.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office to proceed with a refund or replacement.
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Customers in the EU may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the products are unused, in original packaging, and have their tags.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please email info@gnsbeauty.com for an update.
