30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Using the Shop App: The easiest way to initiate a return is directly through the Shop app. Navigate to your order details and request the return—no need to email us first!

Via Email: If you’re not using the Shop app, you can email us at info@gnsbeauty.com with your name, order number, and proof of purchase to get started.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We want to make things right if something isn’t as expected. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective or damaged.

You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way to get what you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to expedite this process.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@gnsbeauty.com, and we’ll assist further.
