I just got the Snoring Solutions Tape from GNS Beauty & Personal Care yesterday, and it’s already made a good impression. The X-shaped design feels really comfortable—it keeps my mouth closed while I sleep but doesn’t feel tight or uncomfortable. It’s actually pretty easy to forget it’s there once you’re settled in.

That said, as someone with facial hair, getting it placed just right took a bit of trial and error. It was a little tricky at first, but once I found the right spot, it stayed put and worked really well. I’m still figuring it out, but so far, I’m waking up feeling more rested, and my partner definitely seems happier with the quieter nights.

I’m looking forward to seeing how well this works over time, but right now, I’d say it’s definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a simple solution to snoring.

Would be better if….

Maybe I’m just not used to the X shaped design, but I would prefer a straight rectangle. I find that the X shape still leaves gaps where my mouth will be open partially and causes my mouth to dry out while I’m sleeping. This is what I’m trying to prevent in the first place. I’ve been using two or three at a time to cover my whole mouth rather than just an X in the middle.
